Each session is as unique as the person receiving it. Some prefer the targeted focus of deep tissue massage to treat acute injuries or stubborn chronic pain. Others love the smooth, flowing, gentle techniques of a relaxing Swedish massage. Most folks bliss out on a blending of the two, maximizing relaxation and therapeutic effectiveness. Reiki, a powerful, noninvasive technique for stress reduction and healing, is offered as a stand alone treatment or can be integrated into any massage session. Enhancements, such as cupping, hot stones and aromatherapy are included at no extra cost for the most amazing experience possible.
Priority is given to building a secure relationship between client and therapist and to develop a deep understanding of the client’s needs and goals for treatment. Time is taken before every session, for new clients as well as long-term regulars, to explore how stress and tension are manifesting in the body on that particular day.
